MINA services

Every inspection starts with what you need to know.

Buying, selling, renewing insurance, or protecting a new build? We'll help you choose the service that gives you the clearest path forward.

Our reports are designed to be useful after the appointment: detailed enough for the professionals involved and clear enough for you to understand what matters most.

01

Full Home Inspection

A detailed, photo-rich review of the home's major systems, including the roof, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, foundation, attic, windows, and appliances. We explain the findings and deliver a clear digital report you can use during your purchase, sale, or maintenance planning.

02

Pre-Drywall Inspection

Catch framing, plumbing, electrical, structural, and workmanship concerns before insulation and drywall conceal them. Finding issues at this stage gives your builder the best opportunity to address them before construction moves forward.

03

11-Month Warranty Inspection

Identify defects, settlement issues, leaks, and workmanship concerns before your builder's one-year warranty window closes. The report documents the home's condition while covered repairs may still be available.

04

Wind Mitigation

Document wind-resistant features that may help lower your homeowner's insurance costs. We evaluate roof construction, roof-to-wall connections, opening protection, and related features using the current Florida report.

05

Four Point Inspection

An insurance-focused inspection of the roof, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. It is commonly requested for older homes, condos, and rental properties when obtaining or renewing coverage.

06

Roof Certification

Assess roof age, condition, signs of leakage, and remaining useful life for insurance documentation. This focused inspection gives your insurer a clearer picture of the roof's current performance.

07

Combo Inspection

Combine any two qualifying insurance inspections, including Four Point, Wind Mitigation, and Roof Certification, for a more convenient visit and a discounted rate.

08

WDO Inspection

Add a wood-destroying-organism inspection to a full home inspection and complete both services during the same visit for a more complete picture of the property.
