The MINA story
Founded in 2021 by Michael Hartman, MINA Florida Home Inspections was created to give Central Florida homeowners a more personal inspection experience. Michael and his mother, Tina, built the company around responsive service, ethical work, and reports clients can actually use.
Today, MINA helps buyers and homeowners throughout Volusia, Flagler, Marion, Lake, Sumter, Seminole, Polk, Brevard, Osceola, and Orange counties. Our job is to make your next decision clearer, not leave you with a list of concerns and no context.

Owner and Inspector
Michael founded MINA Florida Home Inspections in 2021 after recognizing Central Florida's need for ethical, efficient, and personal inspection service. He performs every inspection type MINA offers and holds more than ten certifications through InterNACHI.
When Michael is not helping homeowners and buyers understand a property, you can usually find him playing volleyball.
Office Manager
Tina is MINA's office manager and Michael's mom. She is the friendly voice behind the phone, helping clients with scheduling, questions, and customer service while also supporting the company's accounting.
Her background includes accounting, secretarial science, office management, paralegal work, and hospitality. Tina has a daughter and two grandchildren. Outside the office, she enjoys boating, jet skiing, dancing, and spending time with family and friends.
Inspector
Jorge was one of MINA's first home inspectors. Originally from Guaynabo, Puerto Rico, he serves clients in both Spanish and English and brings careful, detailed communication to every inspection.
When he is away from work, Jorge enjoys time with loved ones, discovering new music, and playing video games.
